Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control
  • Capable of maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Food handling knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year experience working in food service environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Brand certification as required

Job Duties

  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Set-up, maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • Take responsibility for quality of products served
  • Perform cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
