Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards
- Execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times
- Understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations
- Label, date, and store all food items properly
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
- Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
- Support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
