Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- capability to maintain extended periods of standing and walking throughout shift duration
- physical dexterity to perform essential functions including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting

- background check and drug screening may be required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting
- valid and current food safety certifications and required licenses
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- coordinate and manage food orders efficiently during service periods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation and equipment
- implement effective food waste management practices and portion control measures
- execute proper inventory management procedures and stock rotation
- adhere to all health and safety protocols and food handling guidelines
