Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Passionately prepare food items to quality specifications
- Portion and/or cook food items accurately
- Ensure exceptional presentation by checking/dressing dishes before serving
- Operate cutting tools quickly and safely using superior dexterity skills
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure correct cooking and flavor profiles
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
