- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- skilled in various cooking techniques including grilling and frying
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including days nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- experience on grill and fry preferred
- reliability and ability to work flexible schedules including days nights and weekends
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations and storage areas
- adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- assist in menu planning and development contributing creative ideas for new dishes
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively including knives and other food preparation tools
- maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
