Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • skilled in various cooking techniques including grilling and frying
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours including days nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
  • proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
  • experience on grill and fry preferred
  • reliability and ability to work flexible schedules including days nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations and storage areas
  • adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • assist in menu planning and development contributing creative ideas for new dishes
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively including knives and other food preparation tools
  • maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
