Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results
- Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is attractive
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation standards, keeping workstations clean and organized, and adhering to food handling guidelines
