Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow safety and food handling guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals using authentic recipes
- ensure every meal is served hot and to customer satisfaction
- maintain a clean and organized work station
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
- work as part of a team to meet restaurant goals
- adhere to Chuy's three rules: serve customers, keep the restaurant clean, have fun
- assist with kitchen inventory and stock management
