- Manage workstation setup and cleanliness for efficient and safe food production
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and communicate effectively to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor food stock and communicate inventory needs to supervisors
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on procedures and best practices
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent guest service
