Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Completion of basic food handling training and obtaining any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program if working with alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Provides excellent guest service
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with all ages, genders, and personalities
- Ability to effectively converse in and comprehend English
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Responds with a sense of urgency
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Completion of basic food handling training and any local or state required certification or food handlers permit
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Energetic and friendly attitude
- Ability to follow directions and respond with a sense of urgency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls
- Follows and executes prep lists daily
- Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products following health and safety regulations
- Minimizes food waste and theft by adhering to policies and procedures
- Collaborates with server team to ensure food order accuracy
- Cleans food preparation area and equipment after each use, excluding assembling/disassembling the pizza dough sheeter if under 18
- Responsible for opening or closing a workstation depending on the scheduled shift
