Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • willingness to learn and take directions
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable transportation to work
  • ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • prepare made-from-scratch food items according to texas roadhouse recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation
  • manage a busy station efficiently during service
  • learn and apply new cooking techniques and plate presentations
  • follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist with inventory and kitchen organization as needed
