- minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership
- positive conflict resolution skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up the cook's station
- maintain product presentation
- maintain product quality
- maintain cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to Applebee's recipes and specifications
- adhere to plate presentation guidelines
