Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
- know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- portion all products and ensure plate presentation is consistently attractive
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work station following sanitation and food handling standards
- work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
