Job Requirements
- ability to read speak and write in English

- flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

- comfortable working in conditions that involve heat cold fumes cleaning chemicals and airborne particles
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) during scheduled shifts
- maintain a calm and positive attitude especially during peak hours or unexpected challenges
- stay up to date on all menu items promotions and company updates
- assist in onboarding new kitchen team members with respectful coaching and encouragement
- communicate any issues affecting team morale or kitchen performance to the general manager
- adhere to all operational policies including those for safety sanitation and cash handling
- keep a clean organized and efficient workstation
- maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- prepare food items to order ensuring quality and consistency
- follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards
- prep ingredients in accordance with company specs and local health regulations
- maintain high attention to food presentation and cleanliness
- accommodate guest special requests while preserving quality standards
