Job Requirements
- Current food handler's permit
- Ability to work part-time shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to safely handle heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to learn and use proper knife skills
- Enjoy working with and handling various food products
- Passion for preparing, cooking, and eating good food
- Possession of a current food handler's permit
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Basic math skills to adjust recipe quantities
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and be accountable

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen daily to company standards
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirm pricing accuracy and signage, focusing on advertised items
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Cook and fry all hot foods for the kitchen
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes
- Prepare pizza items according to Harmons recipes
- Use manual and automated kitchen equipment to prepare food
- Assemble and package to-go soups, salads, dips, and sandwiches
- Prepare sauces for wok bar recipes
- Document food safety temperatures using the food safety log
- Assist in cleaning dishes and maintaining dish room cleanliness
- Check food deliveries, receive and properly store products
- Assist as needed to ensure overall kitchen success
