Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen demands
  • Willingness to follow directions and learn
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook or pizzaiolo in a fine dining or similar restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Culinary school certification is a plus
  • Passion for Italian and regional European cuisine

Job Duties
