Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
  • Assist with receiving and storing food supplies properly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet timely food preparation requirements
  • Monitor food stock and manage inventory needs
  • Support team members in a cooperative and respectful environment
