Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Prepare home-made meals using fresh, never frozen ingredients
  • Ensure every customer receives their meal hot off the grill
  • Follow the three core rules: prioritize the customer, keep the restaurant clean and organized, have fun
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
  • Assist with food preparation and inventory management as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
