Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Expedite food orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Follow company protocols for food handling and kitchen safety
