Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
- Expedite food orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow company protocols for food handling and kitchen safety
