Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Basic math skills for inventory and portion control

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation standards
