Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cooking
  • Positive energy, ready to assist support staff and work as a team player
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cooking

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains highest quality cuisine for guests
  • Ensures compliance with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
  • Maintains clean and sanitary workstation including all kitchen equipment
  • Adheres to all DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
  • Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist
  • Assists others in closing the kitchen
  • Reports all product shortages, equipment problems, and food quality issues promptly to the Chef
