- minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role

Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results
- know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is beautiful
- keep workstation clean and organized, follow sanitation and food handling standards
