Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a line cook or kitchen staff preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Food handler's certification is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for menu items according to company recipes
  • Cook burgers and other menu items consistently to quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area and equipment
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
