Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry, preferred
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up the cook's station
- Maintain product presentation, product quality, and cook time standards
- Prepare all menu items according to Applebee's recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and accurate food orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
