Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding
  • Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen environment
  • Valid Food Handler Certifications as per state and city regulations
  • Strong communication skills with ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Set-up daily prep tasks and organize workstation efficiently
  • Prepare and store all food items as per company standards
  • Maintain proper cooking techniques and ensure consistent preparation and presentation
  • Receive and store purchased goods
  • Manage condiments, dressings, and soups inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen equipment
  • Communicate with chefs regarding special product needs or food quality issues
