Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Maintain consistent food presentation and portion controls
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet meal service deadlines
