Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to cooking
Job Duties
- Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guest safety
- Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
- Follow all recipes and cooking procedures as specified by the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Keep the kitchen workspace organized and sanitized
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
