Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in culinary arts
  • Prior hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to read product labels and follow food safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing and lifting

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
  • Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests about job-related needs
  • Participate in maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies
