Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in culinary arts
- Prior hotel experience preferred
- Ability to read product labels and follow food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing and lifting
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
- Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests about job-related needs
- Participate in maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies
