Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- capable of lifting and safely maneuvering up to 50 lbs
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- dependable and punctual
- able to follow instructions accurately
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable and team oriented
- thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- experience is a plus, but not required
- willingness to learn and be trained on job tasks
- ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- strong communication skills
- basic food safety knowledge is preferred
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
