Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • capable of lifting and safely maneuvering up to 50 lbs
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and punctual
  • able to follow instructions accurately
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, dependable and team oriented
  • thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • experience is a plus, but not required
  • willingness to learn and be trained on job tasks
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • strong communication skills
  • basic food safety knowledge is preferred

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
  • keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  • communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
  • complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
  • help fellow team members when appropriate
  • able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
  • maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
