Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some cooking classes
- Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent
- Safe Serve certification
- Ability to cook and work in a kitchen environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to multitask and think quickly
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions
- Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Ability to work long and unusual hours
- Previous club experience preferred

Job Duties
- Cook food to members' satisfaction as perfectly and quickly as possible
- Set up work station to ensure freshness and quality
- Assist the rest of the line cooks in the restaurant so that all preparations are made on time
- Break down work station at end of service
- Ensure restaurant is clean before leaving
- Communicate with members, coworkers, management, staff, and others in a professional manner
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
