Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Completes basic food handling training and obtains local or state mandated certification if required
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Energetic and friendly attitude during shifts
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic food handling training completed
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls
  • Follows and executes prep lists daily
  • Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintains policies and procedures to minimize food waste and theft
  • Collaborates with server team to ensure that food orders are accurate
  • Cleans food preparation area and equipment after each use
  • Responsible for opening or closing a workstation depending on scheduled shift
