Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- proficiency in POS systems
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
