Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- reliable transportation to the Littleton location
- willingness to work in a fast-paced scratch kitchen environment

- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience preferred
- ability to follow directions and work well under pressure
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for great food, beer, and hospitality
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes
- operate fryers, grills, and sauté stations
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- assist with prep and closing duties as assigned
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff
