Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver orders promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- assist in inventory management and report shortages
- support team members and communicate effectively during shifts
- adhere to company policies and uphold the Yard House house rules
