Job Requirements

  • Previous experience not required
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card
  • Demonstrate love for food and attention to detail with cooking, including knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Ability to learn and memorize restaurant menu and recipes
  • Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • Strong customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform bending and reaching motions
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • Current Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Comfortable working varied shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach and twist
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • Uphold restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
