Job Requirements
- Previous experience not required
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card
- Demonstrate love for food and attention to detail with cooking, including knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
- Ability to learn and memorize restaurant menu and recipes
- Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Strong customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform bending and reaching motions
- Minimum age of 18 years

- Current Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
- Comfortable working varied shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- Uphold restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
