Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry, preferred
- high school diploma or GED, preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements, preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up the cook's station
- maintain product presentation standards
- maintain product quality standards
- adhere to cook time standards
- prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and plate presentations
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
