Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of the shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with other team members
  • Disciplined and self-motivated
  • Able to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
  • Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Ensure all products are stored properly at appropriate levels
  • Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
  • Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
  • Demonstrate friendliness and a positive attitude while working days, nights, or weekends as required
