- Have safe knife handling skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to meet physical demands of kitchen work, with or without accommodations

- Ability to safely handle knives and kitchen tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation guidelines
Job Duties
- Set up cook stations
- Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion and presentation specifications
- Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift
- Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Craft delicious food that connect guests to the signature brewhouse experience that exhilarates the taste buds and nourishes the soul
- Maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation
