  • ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and kitchen equipment

  • work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • monitor food stock and report shortages or issues
  • assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
