Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club or hotel or cruise line environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service timing
- Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs
- Support the overall dining experience through consistent food presentation and taste
