Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant culinary experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to food safety and quality
- Willingness to learn and advance culinary skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of progressive culinary experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Culinary training or certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop seasonal menu offerings
- Monitor portion sizes and food waste
- Support training and mentoring of new kitchen staff
