Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous line cook experience preferred
knowledge of health and safety regulations
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills
passion for culinary arts and hospitality

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations
ability to work in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and quality standards
maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all kitchen areas
assist with prep work, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
collaborate with the culinary team to meet service timelines and guest expectations
monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to maintain smooth operations
uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
