Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up the cook's station
- maintain product presentation, product quality, and cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to Applebee's recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
- ensure cleanliness and organization of work area
- collaborate with team members to meet service demands
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
