  • Ability to carry up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production schedules
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Handle, store and rotate all food on station
  • Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized station practicing safety and sanitation
  • Set up steam table on Front Line with water levels and pans in place
  • Heat up all food to proper temperatures for service
  • Follow prep list created by Executive Chef or Sous Chef using set recipes
  • Prepare the food items from their station
