- Culinary experience ranging from 6 months to 2 plus years depending on level
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to move quickly and work under pressure
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- Food Safety or ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards
- Work broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environment
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed
