- Food handler certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare daily menu items following standardized recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment including char grill, flat top, fryer, and oven
- Practice proper knife skills and follow FIFO and food safety standards
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Assist with tournaments, events, and catering functions as needed
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow cooks
- Focus on daily food execution, allowing leadership to concentrate on ordering and catering during busy season
- Support team goals and contribute to a team-first culture
