Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to learn and follow recipe procedures
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable and team oriented
- ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- experience is a plus but not required as training is provided
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
