Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to safely carry and maneuver up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to learn and follow recipe procedures
  • Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependability and teamwork

  • Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and be trained

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
  • Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  • Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
  • Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
  • Help fellow team members when appropriate
  • Able to walk or stand 100 percent (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
