Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Complete all assigned prep work
- set up the cook's station
- maintain product presentation
- maintain product quality
- uphold cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to Applebee's recipes and plate presentations
- ensure compliance with specifications
