Job Requirements

  • Must have one year or more experience in a high-volume scratch restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be able to fill in as needed
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • At least one year of high-volume restaurant kitchen experience

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience cooking a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables

Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work clean
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
