Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
- Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
- Portion products according to recipes and ensure beautiful plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Follow sanitation and food handling standards
- Support team members and maintain positive communication
