Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of two years of kitchen experience preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Passion for cooking and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
  • Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
  • Portion products according to recipes and ensure beautiful plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
  • Follow sanitation and food handling standards
  • Support team members and maintain positive communication
